Do you provide custom and personalized orders?

Due to high order volume, we are no longer providing custom color or pressed pan requests.

What are the Sizing details of your products?

For our loose pigments, 3 gram jars with ~1 gram of product and safety seal, no sifters in current batches. Some jars may look less full while others look full due to pigments density. Some pigments are heavier and some are lighter, thus some pigments may appear half full than others.

Our pressed Pans are 26mm as stated. Our pans vary in size from 26.2mm-26.8mm, due to nature of pigment size. Some pigments will look fuller and some will look less full due to density of pigment itself. We accommodate this with the particular pigment to pan. Other products have their respective sizes or volumes under listing.

Do you have Wholesale availability?

Do you provide Gift wrapping and packaging?

Everything is gift wrapped with a lot of care and love. Bubble wrapped and fragile labeled.

I received my order but the shade doesn't match your pictures.

We try our best to display our pigments and colors in all types of lighting. We can not control screen resolutions, so therefore can not guarantee 100% color match. Our pigments can differ slightly batch to batch. We will always try our best to display the shades in their true form via photos and videos.

 My Order was delayed or I never received it

Please be advised that it may take up to 2-3 weeks domestically and 4-8 weeks internationally to receive orders. After the package leaves USA, we can not control the time it takes to reach your country. Order tracking is always provided through etsy. If the order reads "delivered" and you have not received it, we urge you to contact your local post office and inquire about your package.

Do you Replace or refund orders?

We do not replace or refund orders. We can not send replacements for broken, delayed, or lost packages due to being a very small brand and unable to bear that loss. It is the buyers responsibility to provide an accurate address and also to keep track of the tracking numbers provided. We can not provide refunds for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. Please be mindful of that. To secure your package, please select the Priority Mail option as it comes with insurance.
